1. Eligibility

The ClubDraw lotto is open to all members aged 18 or over who are registered with a participating club. By joining a club draw, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and are legally permitted to participate in a small society lotto in your jurisdiction.

2. Membership & Registration

To participate, you must create a ClubDraw account and join an active club. Each member may hold one or more lotto lines per club. Your membership remains active for as long as your subscription payments are up to date.

3. Payment Rules

Subscriptions are charged weekly via your registered payment method. The cost per lotto line is set by each club and displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed automatically on the billing date. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds.

4. Missed Payments & Forfeiture

If a payment fails, your lotto lines will be excluded from the next draw. If payment remains outstanding for more than 14 days, your lines will be automatically suspended. A suspended line does not enter any draws until payment is restored. No refunds are given for draws missed due to failed payments.

5. Draw Rules

Each draw takes place at the day and time specified by the club. Four numbers are drawn at random from the club's configured range (e.g., 1–40). A jackpot is won when a member's chosen numbers exactly match all four winning numbers, in any order. The draw is conducted by automated random number generation to ensure fairness.

6. Prizes & Pot Distribution

The weekly pot is distributed as follows: Jackpot fund (60%), Club fund (20%), Reserve fund (15%), and Sales commission (5%). If the jackpot is not won, it rolls over and is added to the following week's jackpot. The club may set a maximum jackpot cap, after which the reserve fund is redistributed.

7. Prize Payment

Jackpot winners will be notified via the app and email. Prize payments are made within 14 business days of the draw date. Winners must verify their identity before prize payment is processed. Prizes are paid in GBP to the winner's nominated bank account. ClubDraw is not responsible for tax obligations arising from prize winnings.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods or for draws already entered. Upon cancellation, your lotto lines will remain active until the end of the paid period.

9. Data & Privacy

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We collect only the data necessary to operate the lotto and process payments. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

10. General

ClubDraw operates as a small society lotto registered under the Gambling Act 2005. Each participating club holds its own lotto registration with the relevant local authority. ClubDraw reserves the right to amend these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
