The fastest way to reach us is by email — clubdraw@lmhgroupltd.com. Please include your club name and the email address you use to sign in so we can find your account quickly.
Common questions
- I can't sign in. Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in screen to reset. If the reset email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then email us.
- I won but haven't claimed. Winners have 30 days to claim. Open the app, tap your draw result and follow the claim prompt. If the prize is past 30 days, email your club admin.
- My payment failed. Update your card in Settings → Payment method. Subscriptions resume automatically on the next retry.
- I want to leave my club lotto. Open Settings → Cancel subscription. You can also ask for a full export of your data, or full deletion, under UK GDPR.
- I'm a club admin and need help setting up. Email us with your club name and we'll walk you through onboarding and your local authority small society lotto registration.
Responsible gambling
ClubDraw operates under the Gambling Act 2005 as a small society lotto. If gambling is causing you harm, free and confidential help is available from BeGambleAware (call 0808 8020 133) or GamCare. You can self-exclude from your club lotto at any time from Settings → Responsible gambling in the app.
